<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left"> 为确保调查工作的顺利推进与数据质量，长安镇精心组织，采取了一系列有效措施：强化队伍建设，夯实能力基础。将调查员培训置于首要位置，通过组织系统性的业务培训，全面提升基层调查员对调查指标、沟通技巧及政策的理解掌握能力，提升整体工作效能。加强过程督导，保障工作进度。建立了“每日提醒、每周调度”的动态管理机制，对各村的调查进度进行全程跟踪与精细化管控。对于进展相对缓慢的村落，及时给予重点指导与督促，确保全镇调查工作步调一致、按时保质完成。严格审核校验，筑牢数据质量。在信息采集完成后，高度重视数据的审核把关环节。重点排查并修正其中的逻辑错误、遗漏项等问题，切实提升数据的真实性与可靠性，为后续政策制定与服务供给提供了坚实的数据依据。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left"> 调查全面覆盖，数据精准详实。本次调查实现了对全镇持证残疾人的全覆盖。长安镇共有持证残疾人725人，实际完成信息采集723人，根据动态管理要求，对因死亡等原因需注销的2人进行了核实与未填表处理，保证了数据的时效性和准确性。在调查方式上，秉持以人为本的原则，优先采用入户走访形式，共计入户调查702人，对于特殊情况则辅以电话调查21人，确保了信息采集的可行性与有效性。</div>
