绩溪：探出山区丘陵粮食安全新“粮道”

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">“皖南山区、九山半水半分田”，山多田碎一直是绩溪县粮食生产面临的瓶颈。今年以来，绩溪县聚焦粮食产后“短板”，发挥乡村振兴衔接资金撬动作用，在临溪镇雄路村建成全县首个“全程机械化综合农事服务中心”，为山区丘陵县保障粮食安全提供了可复制、可推广的“绩溪方案”。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">绩溪县政府采取“投资建设不包办、服务运营全放开”模式，由县农业农村局和县供销社牵头，县供销社参股，联合黟县有农生态农业有限公司成立绩溪沃农生态农业有限公司。针对山区田块小、坡度大、机收转运难的特点，沃农公司自主投入100余万元添置烘干、仓储、质检等设备，并跨区引进9台次履带式收割机、调配2台粮食转运车，形成“田间—地头—中心”闭环作业链，稻谷从收割到烘干最远距离不超过40公里、时间不超过1小时，每亩减损25斤以上，破解了“山垅田稻谷靠天晾晒”的老大难问题。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">面对山垅田分布散、烘干仓储设施缺、粮食产后损耗大等痛点，绩溪县整合衔接资金490万元，在雄路村一次性建成日烘干能力90吨、仓储能力1000吨的全县首个综合农事中心，实现县域粮食烘干、收储、加工“零突破”，填补了山区粮食产后服务空白。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">在此基础上，以“中心+田畈”模式辐射带动增收。沃农公司今年在上庄镇旺川畈集中流转620余亩田块，种植高产稻种、高质稻种，种植平均亩产达1500斤，比周边农户自种增产200斤。同时购置大型拖拉机，配套旋耕机、筑埂机、开沟机、高速插秧机，开展机耕、机插（播）、机收等社会化服务，年作业面积超3000亩。该公司为临溪村集体托管的140亩水稻，当季稻谷收入达13万元左右，带动农民务工收入约4万元。</div>
