<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">智能赋能，打通诉求响应“快车道”。依托12345、12328热线智能化平台，绩溪县交通运输局持续拓宽诉求渠道、优化相应流程。针对出租车、网约车等高频投诉场景，精准锁定责任主体，破解信息不对称导致的工单办理“堵点”，构建全流程闭环监管体系。同时，建立企业投诉历史台账与信用评价机制，以“信用约束”倒逼行业规范经营，让服务效率与监管力度同步升级，切实回应群众急难愁盼。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">机制护航，织密民生保障“安全网”。为让便民服务触手可及，绩溪县交通运输局加大热线宣传力度，在高铁站、汽车站等重点区域显著位置公示12328监督电话，让群众维权有门、诉求有应。2025年以来，累计高效处置涉旅交通运输投诉、咨询270余起，以“快速响应、妥善处置、群众满意”的闭环管理，用实打实的成效回应群众期盼，让出行更安心、更舒心。</div>
