<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">运政监管提质效，规范市场优环境。执法大队高效响应12345政务服务便民热线诉求，国庆假期，运政中队快速核查处置，依法办结网约车违规收费、中途甩客案件各1起，查处非法营运案件3起，及时回应群众关切。通过分批组织出租汽车营运企业、网约车驾驶员召开规范经营约谈会，强化法规政策宣讲与实操指导，切实提升从业人员法治意识和服务水平。秉持“严管与厚爱并重、处罚与教育结合”原则，在从严整治市场乱象的同时，加大对运输企业及从业人员的帮扶力度，全力营造公平诚信、规范有序的道路运输市场生态。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">科技治超筑防线，源头管控保安全。依托动态检测卡点，创新构建“固定站点监测+流动巡查执法+精准定向稽查”立体化防控模式，深化交通公安联合执法机制，实现超限治理全天候、无死角。今年以来，交通公安联合治超累计登记案件140起，查处违法超限运输案件63起，其中非现场执法案件62起。科技赋能让执法更精准高效，聚焦安全生产突出隐患，集中约谈7家货运企业，压实企业主体责任，督促开展全面自查自纠，从源头防范重特大安全事故，以科技手段为核心、常态化巡查为支撑，筑牢道路运输安全运营防线。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">路政执法强根基，路域环境焕新颜。路政中队以“路养联动”机制为纽带，主动联合县公路事业发展中心、乡镇人民政府，常态化推进路域环境综合治理。为保障工程合规推进，联合相关部门对S346荆白路K15处施工现场开展勘察，与施工方现场明确施工标准、督促并协助业主办理手续；对文旅局行政许可标牌进行现场勘验，确保标牌设立符合公路建设标准。采用“即时整改+协同攻坚”模式，全面排查消除国省干线及县乡公路安全盲区，持续优化通行环境，切实保障公路安全畅通、群众出行舒心。</div>
