<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">一是健全机制，凝聚人才工作“向心力”。乡党委切实履行牵头抓总责任，将人才工作摆在突出位置，定期专题研究部署，推动形成组织有力、协同高效的工作格局。通过强化思想引领，引导各类人才深学笃行新时代人才工作理念，凝聚起推动发展的广泛共识与合力。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">二是内外兼修，打造人才队伍“生力军”。一方面，向内深挖培育“内秀”聚焦山核桃、荆州小黄瓜等特色产业，开展精准技能培训，培育新型农业经营主体，全年培训农民200余人。同时，珍视乡土文化根脉，大力支持“筛钗、拔钗”等非遗传承人传技带徒，推动传统技艺创造性转化，激活乡村文化活力。另一方面，向外拓展引“活水”。打好“乡情牌”，建立在外人才库，成功吸引杰出人才返乡创业。积极对接高校院所，柔性引进智力资源。2025年，“绩溪小黄瓜科技小院”成功入选“中国农协科技小院”，并取得重要科研进展，产学研融合结出硕果。</div>
