<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">为巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接，全面落实教育帮扶政策，减轻脱贫户和监测户子女就学经济压力，绩溪县多措并举，扎实开展“雨露计划”摸排、申报、补助工作。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">一是广宣政策、深入摸排。线上通过电话、微信群等联系方式，及时推送“雨露计划”的申报范围、时限、程序及补助标准等政策信息；线下，镇村干部与驻村工作队主动深入群众家中，逐户发放政策宣传单页，面对面详细讲解补助对象、标准及申报流程。同时，在村委会公告栏、广场宣传墙等人员密集场所张贴宣传单页，使政策宣传融入群众日常生活，有效提升了群众对政策的认知和参与度。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">二是严格申报、规范审核。指导镇、村严格按照“个人申请、村级审核、乡镇复核、县级审批”的程序，认真核实学生就读情况是否符合补助条件，要求符合条件的申请人在规定时间内完成申报手续，县级终审后，通过村级公示栏公示，确保符合条件学生“应享尽享”。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">今年以来，绩溪县已有307人次学生受益于“雨露计划”教育帮扶政策，累计发放补助资金46.05万元。雨露计划政策的实施为学子纾困解难，为进一步培植乡村振兴人力资本注入动力。（魏硕枫）</div>
