绩溪：3.81万城乡居民养老金上调

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">“今天打卡上钱比上个月多，我就来查查，原来又加啦！”日前，在绩溪县人社局办事大厅，周阿姨看着眼前的个人待遇发放明细高兴地说。该县像周阿姨这样享受城乡居民基本养老保险提标红利的老年人有38146位，其中80岁以上4904人、百岁以上10人。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">今年以来，绩溪县人社局聚焦群众“急难愁盼”，用润物无声的政策红利托举群众幸福晚年。一方面，积极争取财政支持，城乡居民基本养老保险基础养老金先后提标3次，2025年我县城乡居保人均待遇增长18.64%；另一方面，积极构建“线上+线下”政策宣传矩阵，持续强化宣传引导，帮助群众算清“养老账”，让参保群众用“小投入”撬动“大回报”。宣讲政策11场次、业务培训9场，发放宣传单3.4万份，制作短视频、广播音频各1条，同步推进提档补缴、集体补助、困难群体代缴、健全激励机制等多项配套政策，帮助城乡居民把握政策利好，持续提升参保质量与待遇水平。今年以来，城乡居保参续保2.6万人，人均缴费1317.99元/月，增长30.47%，2518人提档补缴8951.41万元，同比增长164.40%，选择最低档缴费群体比例降低12.82%，新增领取城乡居保待遇 2092人平均养老金达到431.21元。有效推动“多缴多得、长缴多得”的政策激励目标实现。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">与此同时，该局积极推行“就近办”“全程网办”，45项社保高频服务事项拓展至37个银行网点，81个村（社区）全部开通城乡居保业务平台账户。办结社保业务2846件，网上申领企业遗属待遇152件共计857.9万元，网办率100%。为行动不便的老年人等特殊群体提供上门资格认证等暖心服务60余人次，让“静默认证”替代“年年跑腿”，让“上门服务”代替“蹒跚奔波”，让群众“长寿不操心、待遇不延时”。 </div>
