板桥头乡：花绽庙山 香润富民——庙山村花卉经济铺就乡村振兴新路径

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">新年将至，年宵花市场暖意渐浓，绩溪县板桥头乡庙山村的兰花种植基地里，花苞饱满的大花蕙兰整齐排列、幽香阵阵。作为村里花卉产业的“领头羊”，兰花产业不仅领跑年宵花市场，更带动村集体经济稳步增长，让村民在“花样经济”中获益。如今，依托招商引资、主体培育、线上拓销等渠道，庙山村花卉经济多点开花，走出了一条以花富民、以花兴村的乡村振兴路。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">兰花领衔，奏响年宵增收主旋律。庙山村立足资源禀赋，重点培育兰花产业，引进绩溪县家家美兰花种植家庭农场，累计投资约360万元，流转土地60亩，建成1.5万平方米现代化大棚，年产兰花约2万盆，其中大花蕙兰等年宵品种占主流。这种“科技草”花色艳丽，远销粤闽等地，年销售额超80万元，每年为村集体增加纯收入2万余元，还吸纳富余劳动力就近就业，实现顾家增收两不误。 </div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">招商引资，新项目激活发展新动能。依托兰花产业基础，庙山村成功引进安徽美迪生态农业有限公司，推动美迪花世界项目落地，一期二期总投资约785万元。项目建成后，将拓展种植品类、完善设施，预计每年为村集体新增稳定收益，带动30余名村民务工，年临时用工费用约30万元。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">培育主体、线上发力，拓宽经营新路径。为规范产业经营，庙山村成立绩溪县庙山供销合作社有限公司，注册资本50万元整，主营花卉、农副产品销售。同时，村里开通“花村庙山”抖音号，搭建直播平台，主打兰花、紫薇花等品类，线上年销售额达数十万元，既降低销售成本，又打响“庙山花卉”品牌，推动产业向规模化、品牌化转型。</div>
