<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">以建立健全党组织领导的自治、法治、德治相结合的“三治融合”城乡基层治理体系为指引目标，进一步增强信访工作法治化水平，信访事项按期办结率保持在较高水平，群众满意度稳步提高60%。同时，常态化开展法律法规宣传“进村入户”，全年联合司法所、综治中心等部门开展《中华人民共和国民法典》、信访条例等法律法规宣传活动10余次，干部群众法治意识普遍增强，依法办事氛围更加浓厚。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">为将矛盾消解于未然,风险化解于无形，进一步发挥村组干部、网格员、党员群众作用，定期开展信访隐患会商调处，重点聚焦家庭矛盾、邻里纠纷等领域。畅通群众反映渠道，设立镇村两级“民情直通车”，通过热线电话、开门接访等收集群众意见，确保问题早发现、早处理。全年共开展12次矛盾纠纷排查，收集群众意见100余条，切实解决了群众急难愁盼的问题。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">在调解矛盾纠纷方面，依托镇综治中心，联合派出所、司法所、民政等部门，形成“一站式”调解平台，整合调解力量；聘请法律顾问、“五老”人员等参与调解，提升调处公信力。全年排查发现并成功调解各类矛盾纠纷50余起，成功化解瀛洲村某企业用工纠纷2起，有效预防了矛盾升级和信访隐患，维护了基层稳定。</div>
