绩溪县住建局：节前“五查”拧紧工地安全阀

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">春节将至，为切实保障人民群众生命财产安全，近日，绩溪县住建局对全县在建房屋市政工程进行节前安全生产大检查，全力营造安全稳定的节日环境。本次检查共覆盖在建项目13个，发现安全隐患42处，现场整改29处，限期整改13处。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">检查组采取“拉网式”排查方式，重点围绕春节期间安全生产及冬季建筑工地消防安全两大领域，督促各施工单位压紧压实主体责任，严格落实五项安全措施：一是强化现场防护，对工地实施全封闭管理，全面检查安全通道、临边洞口等关键部位防护情况；二是规范用电管理，切断施工临时用电，对照明、排水及供电线路开展全面排查；三是做好设备维保，确保施工电梯、吊篮安全落地，确保塔吊无松动损坏，配电箱全部落锁；四是严格停复工管理，落实节前停工、节后复工报备制度，停复工前须完成全面自查自纠，彻底消除安全隐患；五是加强应急值守，做好春节期间值班安排，确保信息渠道畅通、应急机制健全，做到险情早发现、早处置。</div>
